Michael P. Kamp, a retired Connecticut Superior Court Judge, leads the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice, focusing on mediating civil litigation matters. He retired from the bench in 2023 after 11 years, having presided over numerous civil court and jury trials and conducted mediations in various cases including medical malpractice, personal injury, and business litigation. Prior to his judicial appointment in 2013, he practiced complex civil litigation for over 25 years. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Boston College and his J.D. from Emory University Law School.
