James J. Sellitti graduated cum laude from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and received his JD from West Virginia University’s College of Law in 1980. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, and is admitted before the United States Supreme Court. With 45 years of experience, he has participated in numerous trial seminars and is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania Associations for Justice. He was recognized as a 2019 AIOPIA’S 10 Best in West Virginia for Client Satisfaction and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for his courtroom successes.
