Michael Edward Nogay earned his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University, magna cum laude, and his law degree in 1983 from Washington & Lee University. He is admitted to practice law in West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. With 42 years of experience, he has been selected as a Super Lawyer eleven times (2009, 2014, 2017-2025) and holds a 'superb' Avvo rating. He is a Barrister in the American Inns of Court, a member of the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers, and recognized by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Mr. Nogay is a seasoned trial lawyer with extensive courtroom experience, including a multi-million-dollar medical malpractice verdict and numerous felony trial victories.
