Maximilian F. Nogay

About Maximilian

Maximilian F. Nogay is a 2018 graduate of WVU College of Law, where he won the Lugar Cup and competed in the National Moot Court Competition. He was a four-year varsity athlete for the West Virginia University baseball team and has been inducted into the OVAC Hall of Fame and Madonna High School Hall of Fame for his athletic accomplishments. After graduation, he joined Sellitti, Nogay & Nogay as a primary associate attorney, handling civil and criminal cases in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. He later departed to accept a position as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of West Virginia.
