About Jaynie

Jaynie N. Badgett Clements is a senior associate attorney who graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in May of 2017. During law school, she won First Place in the Renna and Jeff Embry Mock Trial Competition, served as Vice-Chair of the Board of Advocates, and participated on the mock-trial team. After graduating, she worked as an Associate Attorney at a family law firm in San Antonio, Texas, and served as a mentor and volunteer for three years in PEARLS Court. She relocated to Austin in 2020, focusing her practice on complex property division and high-conflict custody disputes. As an adoptee, she is committed to providing outstanding and empathetic legal support with a personalized approach. She is a member of the Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Texas, Travis County Bar Association, and Williamson County Bar Association, and a member of the Austin Junior League.
