John F. Costa has represented hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals for over thirty years in litigation and regulatory matters. He has successfully tried numerous medical malpractice cases to verdict and argued before Connecticut’s Supreme Court. His practice also includes representing long-term care facilities and professionals, successfully defending over one hundred such suits. He is an active member of the Connecticut Society for Healthcare Risk Management and has been a guest lecturer nationally and locally. He was recognized by The National Law Journal for one of The Top Defense Verdicts of 1998.
