Jonathan Zellner is a partner at the firm, practicing primarily in professional liability, employment law, and municipal liability. He defends legal malpractice, vexatious litigation, abuse of process claims, attorney disciplinary proceedings, veterinary malpractice, and licensure complaints. He also defends employers in employment discrimination actions and municipalities against federal constitutional and civil rights claims.
