About Kevin
Kevin Garcia, a first-generation American, has a deep appreciation for democracy and the legal system, inspired by his immigrant parents. He dedicated his life to criminal defense, aiming to hold the system accountable and ensure justice for all. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in history and was a member of the Men’s Competitive Gymnastics Team. He began his legal career as a legal assistant for Rick Cofer before graduating from the Texas Tech University School of Law with a concentration in criminal law and innocence. He is an alumnus of the Texas Tech University School of Law Criminal Defense Clinic, where he advocated for indigent clients and underserved communities. He strongly believes in access to excellent legal representation. Outside of work, he is a massive fan of Dallas area sports and enjoys watching movies and walking his dog, Athena.
