Michael C. Barbarula is a partner with the firm, handling litigation in Connecticut state and federal courts. His practice areas include automobile, premises liability, construction, and professional liability lawsuits, as well as product liability claims involving PFAS, benzene, and asbestos. He has experience in commercial litigation, including a multi-million dollar real estate fraud case, and has taken and defended high-exposure depositions. He is active in legal organizations, serving on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, he worked as a Temporary Assistant Clerk at Bridgeport Superior Court. He received his B.A. from the University of Connecticut in 2009 and his J.D. from Penn State University in 2012, where he was inducted into the Order of Barristers.
