He previously worked at Shearman & Sterling and Wiggin and Dana, and spent 17 years in-house, including as Head of Litigation for North America at Otis Elevator Company. His practice focuses on civil litigation defense, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, motor vehicle liability, professional negligence, railroad, and employment litigation. He received his B.A. cum laude from Boston College and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1990.
