Phillip Hairston

About Phillip

Phillip Hairston was born and raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia, and lives in Atlanta. He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Chemistry and from Washington University School of Law with a J.D. He worked as a judicial intern and a legal intern for a biotechnology company. After graduating, he joined a defense firm, representing large businesses and general contractors in complex litigation. He then pivoted to represent victims of negligence, focusing on car accidents, wrongful death, trucking collisions, motorcycle crashes, pedestrian accidents, and negligent security.
