Case Details
A supervisor in his late 50's was attending a family event at a catering hall. An outdoor tent collapsed onto the plaintiff, striking him on the head. He sustained multiple injuries, including a broken jaw, fractured teeth and external injuries to his face and head. He also was diagnosed as having suffered a traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress disorder.
