Paul S. Kruse

Paul S. Kruse joined the law firm after graduation from law school in 1981 and has been a partner since 1984. He is a past member of the management committee and has been member of the firm’s litigation section for over 20 years. Concentrating his practice in personal injury litigation, he has extensive experience in handling catastrophic damage and wrongful death claims involving all types of personal injury liability cases. Mr. Kruse has handled thousands of injury claims and has tried over 90 civil jury trials in state and federal courts his past 24 years with the firm. These trials have involved a full range of personal injury matters, including product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle collisions, and medical malpractice claims. He takes pride that the civil jury trials he has tried have been throughout Indiana. A lifetime Hoosier, he has personal injury experience with appearances in over 40 Indiana counties and Federal Court for both the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana. Mr. Kruse also represents injury victims outside the state of Indiana as well, including Illinois and Ohio. In representing injured persons for the past two decades, Mr. Kruse has obtained numerous settlements each year from defendants and their insurance companies. John M. McLaughlin

Parr Injury attorney John McLaughlin has focused his practice on representing personal injury victims since his first year joining the firm. John primarily handles automobile and trucking accident cases involving serious injuries and wrongful death, and he also handles all other areas of the firm’s injury practice including medical malpractice. John has worked on behalf of his clients in reaching numerous settlements and jury trial verdicts since his first year of practice, including multiple recoveries exceeding $1,000,000.00 since 2018 with John serving as lead counsel on those cases. John also worked to obtain compensation on behalf of victims injured in the Indiana State Fair Sugarland stage collapse incident that occurred in 2011. Kent M. Frandsen

Kent Frandsen has practiced with the firm since 1977, focusing on civil litigation, zoning and land use, electric utility, and education law. He served as a law clerk to The Honorable James E. Noland, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Mr. Frandsen has tried nearly 100 civil jury trials and presented briefs in over 30 appeals in state and federal courts. He has chaired over 200 medical malpractice panel proceedings and is a certified civil mediator, conducting nearly 100 mediations. He has also served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Currently, he is general counsel for two central Indiana school districts and the Indiana CPA Society, Inc.
