John R. Beasley
After serving as an officer in the U.S. Army, John Beasley joined the law firm in 1978. He has extensive trial experience, vigorously representing individuals, businesses, and insurance companies in federal and state courts throughout Arkansas. His civil trial work includes insurance coverage and defense litigation, as well as personal injury law. In recent years, John has concentrated much of his work on insurance defense and insurance-coverage related matters. He also counsels clients in probate and estate administration, contracts, real property, and commercial law.

Jon P. Robinson
After serving four years in the U.S. Army, Jon attended law school at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, completing his Juris Doctorate degree in two and a half years and passing the bar exam in April of 1991. He was a professor at Northwest Arkansas Community College until 1996. David L. Powell is the founder of Law Offices of David L. Powell, PLLC, specializing in criminal defense, divorce, child custody, and personal injury. He grew up in Northeast Arkansas, attended Arkansas State University for his B.A. in English, and received an academic scholarship to Barry University for law school, completing his final year at UALR in Little Rock. He was admitted to practice law in Arkansas in 2011. Clay W. Sullivan
Prior to pursuing a legal career, Clay worked in the emergency services field for 15 years as a Paramedic. He is also a U.S. Navy veteran and served as a Corpsman with a U.S. Marine Corps infantry battalion deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He joined Robertson, Beasley, Shipley & Robinson, PLLC, in 2017, working primarily in insurance defense litigation. His practice also includes plaintiff personal injury representation and medical malpractice. Clay's medical background is uncommon in the legal field, and this gives him a unique perspective when advocating for clients. He lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Marissa, and their three young sons, and is involved with multiple veteran organizations.

Christopher D. Brockett
Christopher D. Brockett is an attorney with Robertson, Beasley, Shipley & Robinson Law Firm. His practice involves corporate formations and structuring, State and Federal Tax Controversy, Planning and Litigation, Illegal Exaction Litigation, election challenges, civil litigation, Probate, Trust and Estate Litigation, Commercial, Business Law and Estate Planning. Thomas E. Robertson
Thomas E. Robertson began his practice with the firm in 1969. His practice areas include bankruptcy law (for both creditors and debtors), commercial and business law, real estate and probate law, and civil litigation. He held the position as the longest-serving trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Arkansas since 1979, administering numerous complex cases. He successfully prosecuted a declaratory action on behalf of a carrier through the federal appellate level. Tom has served as President of the Sebastian County Bar Association and on the boards of numerous civic and community organizations.
