Alan Gerson is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York with a degree in political science/communications in 1984. He received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 1987. Mr. Gerson was admitted to the New York Bar in November of 1987 and has practiced in the New York City area since. He has practiced in all 5 boroughs as well as many of the adjoining counties. Mr. Gerson is admitted to the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Gerson is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the Queens County Bar Association. Mr. Gerson joined the firm in 1996. Mr. Gerson specializes in the areas of Personal Injury/Civil Litigation, Real Estate and Estate/Wills practice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gerson had diverse experience as he worked at firms that handled plaintiff litigation and he worked at firms that represented defendants.
