Bruce Montague graduated college with Honors in 1983 from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a degree in Political Science. After college, Mr. Montague attended law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1986, graduating with Honors and receiving numerous Letters of Commendation. After graduating from law school, Mr. Montague worked for a Real Estate law firm for a few months until he was recruited by a prestigious downtown Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Firm. In February 1987, Mr. Montague was admitted to the New York State Bar and in April 1987, he was admitted to the United States District Courts. From the beginning of 1987 until 1991, Mr. Montague was the Senior Associate at this prestigious firm, where he had tremendous success negotiating and trying personal injury cases, as well as handling many successful appeals. In 1991, Mr. Montague started this law firm. Our law firm’s primary focus is handling plaintiff's personal injury cases. Mr. Montague is considered an expert on personal injury cases; is considered a lawyer’s lawyer; he has helped many outside attorneys evaluate cases, negotiate cases, and prepare cases for trial.
