About Joseph

Joseph D. Levy has been with the firm since 2002. He is a graduate of Queens College and Cardozo School of Law. He is a member of the Queens County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Levy has won verdicts and negotiated substantial settlements for many clients. He has experience handling all kinds of accidents including motor vehicles, construction, trip and falls, and elevator/escalator accidents. In fact, Joseph recently won a groundbreaking appeal where the court ruled that our client did not share any blame for falling down an empty elevator shaft. This was the first time summary judgment was granted for a plaintiff in such a case and the decision has received much publicity in the legal profession. Joseph is an aggressive attorney who takes a proactive approach to handling all of his client’s cases. He aggressively pursues, and has a record of receiving, maximum recovery for those injuries that range from slight to extremely severe and life-altering. He is constantly communicating with all of his clients to let them know what is happening on their case.
