About Alicianna
Alicianna serves as both the Marketing Director and a Paralegal at The Kanthaka Group, bringing a rare combination of legal knowledge and strategic marketing expertise to the firm. With over five years of hands-on experience in civil litigation, her paralegal work is grounded in property management and real estate law, including landlord-tenant disputes, lease enforcement, and contract matters. She began her legal career in 2015 after relocating to Seattle, Washington from her hometown of Oahu, Hawai‘i. Over the years, Alicianna has supported attorneys through all phases of litigation with knowledge of civil litigation statutes throughout 6 states (WA, OR, CA, NV, CO, AZ) and - from initial filings and discovery to trial preparation - is known for her meticulous case management, client rapport, and problem-solving under pressure. Alicianna is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Family Law, driven by a desire to expand her skills in a practice area where empathy and advocacy go hand in hand. Her unique background also includes more than ten years of marketing experience, which she now applies to strengthen the firm’s public presence, branding, and community outreach. Balancing both roles, Alicianna is a vital part of the team, helping ensure clients receive responsive support, clear communication, and high-quality legal service from day one.
