About Tyler
Tyler Prescott is a detail-oriented and analytical attorney with a deep sense of compassion and a strong commitment to helping others navigate complex legal matters. Since beginning his legal practice, Tyler has focused primarily on family law and civil litigation, providing thoughtful, client-centered representation in emotionally sensitive and high-stakes matters. Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he interned at the Rhode Island Office of the General Treasurer. During his time there, he worked closely with the Crime Victim Compensation Program, sharpening his legal research and writing skills while advocating for victims of crime. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Colorado; Colorado Springs. Before entering the legal profession, Tyler gained broad experience in investments, real estate, insurance, and publishing. He previously held professional licenses in real estate, insurance, and financial advising-experience that now informs his practical and strategic approach to legal issues. Tyler is admitted to practice law in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, as well as the Pueblo County and El Paso County Bar Associations. Outside of his legal work, Tyler enjoys powerlifting, bowling, and participating in the performing arts.
