About Andrew
Andrew Hanson is an Officer in PennStuart’s Bristol, Tennessee office and serves on the firm’s Management Committee. His practice includes both civil litigation and commercial transactional work in Virginia and Tennessee. He has extensive experience in general insurance defense matters, commercial litigation, commercial real estate transactions and financing, and real estate litigation. He regularly handles the defense of personal injury cases, provides guidance related to local government development, opportunity zone projects, and tax increment financing, and assists clients with business entity selection and formation. He also handles bankruptcy matters.
