Angela C. Couch, born in 1972, was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1996. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Emory University with a B.A. in 1993 and received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1996. She served as a Staff Attorney for Chief Judge K. Dawson Jackson and Senior Judge Homer M. Stark, and as a Judge for Gwinnett County Magistrate Court. She became a Partner at Carothers & Mitchell, LLC in 2015 and holds several Assistant City Attorney/Solicitor roles. She is a Past President of the Gwinnett County Bar Association and a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
