Karen G. Thomas, born in 1963, was admitted to the Georgia bar in 1987. She received her B.A. from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1986. She previously served as Assistant, Deputy, and County Attorney for Gwinnett County, and Chief Counsel and Deputy City Attorney for the City of Atlanta. She became a Partner at Carothers & Mitchell, LLC in 2016. She is a member of the Gwinnett County Bar Association and State Bar of Georgia.
