Anne M. Wheeler, born and raised in New York City, is a Partner at Dolce Panepinto. She received a B.A. in Government from Hamilton College in 2005 and graduated cum laude from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2010. She was admitted to practice in New York State Courts in March 2011 and in the United States District Court, Western District of New York in June 2012.
