About Anthony
Anthony J. Canale concentrates his practice on representing individuals who have been injured as a result of automotive, premises, and general negligence. Mr. Canale represents his clients through all stages of litigation, up to and including trial and appeals. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Mr. Canale was in-house counsel for Chubb Insurance where he defended high net-worth individuals and large corporations in negligence actions. Mr. Canale began his practice handling various insurance related disputes with a focus on handling of unique insurance coverage disputes. He has significant experience handling insurance coverage disputes and defending uninsured/under insured motor vehicle claims. He then practiced commercial and bankruptcy litigation for a boutique firm in Southern New Jersey. There, he defended corporations in contract, negligence, FINRA, and shareholder dispute litigation.
