Mr. Pagliuca has extensive experience in the field of insurance/negligence defense. He specializes in Labor Law cases involving high exposure, as well as motor vehicle accidents, commercial and residential premises, and construction defect matters. Mr. Pagliuca is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from St. John’s University in 1991, and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1996.
