Robert S. McMillen

Mr. McMillen was born in Yonkers, New York in 1943. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1969. He received his B.S. from the University of Rochester in 1964. His J.D. cum laude was from Albany Law School of Union University in 1969, where he was Editor-in-Chief for the Albany Law Review (1968-1969) and a member of the Justinian Society. He joined the firm in 1969 and has been a principal since 1974. He is a Member (2001-) of the New York State Board of Law Examiners and was a Senior Law Examiner (1987-2001).
