About Blair
Blair Hendricks earned her B.S. in 2018 from Elizabethtown College and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2022. In law school, she served as a staff member on the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development and the Commercial Division Online Law Report. Her note “Small Business Relief in the Time of Covid-19: Deservingness Judgments Lead the PPP to Failure” was published in Issue 1 Volume 36 of the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. She also served as a senior member of the Moot Court program where she both competed in competitions and coached junior staff members. Ms. Hendricks competed in the BMI Entertainment and IP Moot Court Competition at Cardozo Law in 2021 and the 2021-2022 ABA-NAAC National Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining Sokoloff Stern, Ms. Hendricks worked in a variety of clinics and pro bono programs, including the Consumer Justice for the Elderly Litigation Clinic, the Tenant’s Rights Clinic (partnered with NYLAG), the Consumer Justice Project with Queens Legal Services, and the Courtroom Legal Assistance Resource Office. Ms. Hendricks is active in the St. John’s Law Moot Court program as an alumni judge and alumni coach. Ms. Hendricks is now an active associate in the Firm’s growing pro bono work and is glad to incorporate her passion for public service into her work with the firm. Ms. Hendricks is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Norther, and Eastern Districts.
