About Bobby

Bobby is the practice chair for the Healthcare Law section at Richards Brandt. He has focused his legal career representing doctors, hospitals, physicians’ assistants, nurses, and other healthcare providers in both Utah and Wyoming. He has devoted his career to the healthcare industry. Bobby sat as a Small Claims Court Judge for the Third Circuit Court, State of Utah, Salt Lake County, Murray Division. He was also appointed by the Utah Supreme Court to sit as a member of the Utah Ethics and Discipline Screening Panel from 1993 to 1996.
