Mark R. Sumsion

Mark R. Sumsion is a shareholder in the law firm of Richards Brandt Miller Nelson. He received his B.S. degree in Business Management with an emphasis in International Marketing and Japanese from Brigham Young University in 1995, cum laude, and his J.D. degree from BYU in 1998, cum laude. Mr. Sumsion’s primary area of practice is workers’ compensation. Due to the nature of that work, his practice also involves significant appellate work.
