Matt has litigated a wide variety of commercial cases at the trial and appellate levels, including corporate and LLC disputes, business contracts, receivership estates, trust & estate litigation, property use and ownership, real estate broker/agent liability, and tax issues. He has been appointed as a receiver and has also represented parties with claims in receivership cases. Matt has represented many of his clients in mediations as well as several arbitrations.
