About CAROLINE

Caroline Lista is a Partner and head of the Corporate Law Division at Cobb Hammett. She practices in business formations, corporate litigation, and business transactions. Born and raised in Charleston, SC, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from the College of Charleston and Summa Cum Laude from the Charleston School of Law, ranking in the top 3% of her class. While in law school, she served on the Executive Board of Moot Court, was a Legal Research and Writing Fellow, a Presidential Scholar, and earned a spot on the Dean’s list every semester. She was also a three-time CALI award recipient.
