Caroline Lista is a Partner and head of the Corporate Law Division at Cobb Hammett. She practices in business formations, corporate litigation, and business transactions. Born and raised in Charleston, SC, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Accounting from the College of Charleston and Summa Cum Laude from the Charleston School of Law, ranking in the top 3% of her class.
