About JENNIFER
Jennifer Johnson is a Partner and head of the Personal Injury Law and Criminal Defense Division at Cobb Hammett. She leverages her prosecutorial background to provide valuable insight in criminal defense matters and maintains a commitment to public service as a public defender. She studied at the University of Florida, earning a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Criminology. She then attended Stetson University College of Law, where she clerked for the Chief Justice of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida and interned with the State Attorney’s Office. Upon graduation, she worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida, prosecuting domestic violence crimes. She later owned and operated businesses in Florida and South Carolina for 18 years before returning to law. She is licensed in Florida, South Carolina, and the Federal District Court of South Carolina.
