About WILLIAM
William S. Hammett is a native of South Carolina and a Senior Partner at Cobb Hammett Law Firm. He received his B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and a Minor in Spanish from the University of South Carolina Upstate. He obtained his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, where he worked as a law clerk and in the Energy Industry. Hammett is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, Georgia, and the Federal Courts District of South Carolina. He has an appellate practice in addition to his work in the Family Courts of South Carolina. He previously served as a Managing Associate of Cobb, Smith & Frost Law Firm before co-founding Cobb Hammett Law Firm in 2013.
