Cathy H. Morton received her B.S. from East Tennessee State University, her Masters Degree from the University of Tennessee, and her law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1983. She is Board certified as a Civil Trial Specialist and in Pretrial Discovery. Ms. Morton joined Kizer & Black in 2016 as Of Counsel. She has extensive litigation experience in medical and hospital malpractice, products liability, and contract disputes. She is rated Preeminent by Martindale Hubble and has received several top lawyer awards.
