About Joel

Joel P. Reeves grew up in Jackson, Tennessee, and earned his B.A. from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. He previously practiced insurance defense in Las Vegas, where he was recognized by Best Lawyers. He joined Kizer & Black, Attorneys, PLLC, focusing on real estate issues, including property owners association law, short-term rentals, governmental property regulations, landlord/tenant relations, and property disputes.
