Melanie E. Davis is an AV rated lawyer and a native of Maryville, Tennessee. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee with a B.A. in French in 1992 and Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1996. She joined Kizer & Black in 1995 and became a partner in 2007. Her practice areas include civil litigation, personal injury, contract litigation, property litigation, municipal law, land use law, property owners' association law, and condominium owners' association law.
