Christina H. Kranias

Christina H. Kranias is a member of Upton & Hatfield’s business and real estate practice groups. She has experience in drafting contracts, corporate governance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. She received a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Sociology from the University of Central Florida. Christina received a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law with a certificate in Entertainment Law.
