Attorney Christopher Caputo was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Scranton and received his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He served as an Assistant District Attorney for Lackawanna County, rising to Deputy District Attorney, and also as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and Deputy Attorney General for Pennsylvania. He later worked at O’Malley Harris Durkin & Perry before co-founding Caputo & Mariotti in 2007. He focuses on protecting the rights of individuals seriously injured due to negligence, including bad faith insurance claims, and has obtained millions in compensation for clients. He has been recognized by SUPER LAWYERS and received the Client Satisfaction Award from the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
