Joseph E. Mariotti

Joseph E. Mariotti graduated from the University of Scranton in 1987 and Loyola University School of Law in 1992. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S.D.C. for the Southern District of Ohio. He has extensive experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury and class action cases, including McNulty et. Al. v. H&R Block, Evans et.al. v. Lowe’s, and Boyle v.
