Shawn P. Quinnan, Esq. was admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts in 1990, and also in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He received a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in History with a minor in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University in 1987 and a Law Degree from Ohio Northern University in 1990. Following a Judicial Clerkship, he began private legal practice in 1991. He specializes in consumer bankruptcy, business law, wills, estates, and trusts, real estate transactions, and commercial transactions and litigation. He has lectured on changes in Bankruptcy rules and appeared in Federal and State Courts in 15 Pennsylvania counties. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, Chester County Bar Association, Berks County Bar Association, Luzerne County Bench and Bar Association, Lackawanna County Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
