About Colby
Colby A. Barkes is an Attorney and Partner in the firm’s personal injury, civil litigation, employment law, and domestic relations sections. He represents individuals and businesses in complex litigation and employment disputes, as well as family law matters. He joined the firm in 2012. Previously, he practiced employment and civil litigation in Lake County, Indiana, handling auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, civil rights, and employment disputes. He is experienced in jury and bench trials, and appeals to the Indiana Court of Appeals and 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. He was named Partner in 2020. Colby regularly attends St. Paul Catholic Church and has previously coached wrestling and football in Goshen, Indiana.
