About Craig
Craig R. Van Schouwen focuses his practice on plaintiffs' Workers’ Compensation law. He switched from insurance defense in 1995 to represent injured workers nationwide. He is a dedicated advocate for clients, securing medical treatment and benefits, and frequently lectures and conducts seminars on workers' rights. He actively participates in efforts to improve the Workers’ Compensation system. Mr. Van Schouwen serves on the board of directors of Kids’ Chance, a national organization providing scholarship funding for children whose parents have been injured in catastrophic workplace accidents. He was inducted into the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers.
