Craig R. Van Schouwen focuses his practice on plaintiffs' Workers’ Compensation law. He switched from insurance defense in 1995 to represent injured workers nationwide. He is a dedicated advocate for clients, securing medical treatment and benefits, and frequently lectures and conducts seminars on workers' rights. He actively participates in efforts to improve the Workers’ Compensation system.
