About Cynthia
Mrs. Silver is a cum laude graduate of George Washington University and received her Juris Doctorate from The Villanova School of Law. She served an internship with the Honorable Magistrate Judge Peter Scuderi of the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Silver co-founded the firm with her husband, Mike, in 1981. From 1980-1986, Mrs. Silver was employed as Associate General Counsel for the Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance Company. For the past 35 years, she has represented injured parties in personal injury claims. Mrs. Silver was named a Top Personal Injury Lawyer by Main Line Today Magazine for 15 consecutive years. Silver & Silver was named Best Law Firm by the Main Line Times Readers Choice Awards and Small Business of the Year by the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. Silver & Silver was also named the Top Lawyers of Montgomery County for Personal Injury, Disability, and Litigation in 2022.
