About Kellyanne
Kellyanne P. Inverso concentrates her practice in disability law, including Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income and private Long-Term Disability cases. Ms. Inverso is experienced in assisting disabled clients through all stages of the disability claims process, including initial benefit claims, appeals, as well as in litigation. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Middle District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Silver & Silver, Ms. Inverso successfully represented hundreds of disabled individuals seeking SSI and SSDI benefits at hearings before the Social Security Administration in over ten states, including Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland.
