About Joseph
Joseph Silver focuses his practice on Social Security Disability matters and has been with Silver & Silver since 2014. He represents claimants before the Social Security Administration throughout the greater Northeast region, as well as in Federal District Court in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Silver serves as Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Disability Law Committee and is the Third Circuit Representative to the Board of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). He has been recognized as a “Top Lawyer” by Main Line Today and as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers every year since 2018.
