Damien Smith is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to joining Duffy & Duffy, Mr. Smith practiced law at a prestigious insurance defense firm where he concentrated in medical malpractice, employment discrimination and constitutional rights. Mr. Smith is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Queens County Bar Association, Catholic Lawyers, St. Patrick’s Society of Queens, and Flushing Lawyers Club.
