Daniel D. Barks

Daniel D. Barks, a partner and managing partner of the Metro D.C. and Atlanta offices at Speiser Krause, joined the firm in 1996. He specializes almost exclusively in aviation law, having litigated over 50 commercial and general aviation matters. He successfully represented victims of air crashes, including as co-lead counsel in the Learjet crash that killed Payne Stewart. A former Naval Aviator, Lt.
