Gerard R. Lear, of counsel to the firm, was admitted to practice in Virginia in 1970 and has been active in aviation tort litigation since. He has extensive experience in airline crash multi-district and complex litigation, as well as class actions, practicing in United States District Courts and State Courts throughout the United States.
