About Kenneth

Kenneth P. Nolan, of counsel to the firm, specializes in aviation personal injury and wrongful death litigation and trials. He has successfully handled numerous million-dollar verdicts and settlements in major aviation crashes, including the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks where he represented 125 families. He served on Plaintiffs' Steering Committees for several major litigations and was co-lead of the PSC in the American Air Flight 587 litigation. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the PSC in the September 11, 2001 civil and terrorist litigations. Ken has been named to the 'Irish Legal 100' and a 'Super Lawyer'. He is a writer and editor, having published articles and photographs in The New York Times and served as editor-in-chief of Litigation, published by the ABA. He has lectured extensively on aviation and legal issues internationally.
