Dave’s law practice began in October, 1970, as an Assistant City Solicitor in the Litigation department of the Philadelphia City Solicitor’s Office. Dave left the City Solicitor’s Office in March, 1973, to become an associate, and eventually a partner, in the law firm of Liebert, Short, FitzPatrick & Lavin.
